Pinot Gris grapes were harvested, destemmed and gently pressed with no skin contact. The clarified juice was then cool fermented to optimize varietal expression, flavor, and intensity. There was no wood contact. We used a number of yeasts to ensure that we profiled the fruit and kept the fresh acidity.

Aroma & Palate Notes

Aromatics of ripe pear with floral notes and a touch of clove. On the palate, this wine is ripe and rich with a good oily texture. The wine is well-balanced with a fresh acidity and a crisp finish.
