Crafted from select vineyard blocks across New Zealand, this Sauvignon Blanc was cool fermented to preserve fresh fruit character and gently dealcoholized using spinning cone technology to maintain its natural aromas. Pale lemon in color, it shows bright passion fruit and guava with tropical flavor and a refreshing herbal citrus finish.
