Sauvi B Ginger SPritzer

ingredients
  • Makes 4 cocktails
  • 1 (2 inch) piece of freshly peeled, sliced ginger
  • 2 mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 2 ounces or ¼ cup)
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) club soda
Directions
  • Muddle the ginger and mint in a large cocktail shaker or jar.
  • Add the Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc, juice of 2 limes, and 2 ounces simple syrup and fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until the cocktail shaker is cold, 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Strain into 4 ice-filled wine glasses.
  • Top each glass off with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Cucumber Cocktail

ingredients
  • 1 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 bottle Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 liter bottle carbonated water, chilled
Directions
  • In a large pitcher, combine cucumber, lime slices, and 12 mint leaves in a large pitcher.
  • In a small bowl, stir together lime juice and honey until combined.
  • Pour over cucumber mixer, add wine, stirring gently.
  • Cover and chill for at least two hours.
  • (Recipe makes a batch. For single serving, use parts; 1 oz = 1 part).

Illuminate Sparkling
Berrymosa

ingredients
  • 4 oz Kim Crawford Illuminate Sparkling
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Frozen cranberries or blueberries
  • Sprig of mint
Directions
  • Pour Illuminate Sparkling into a flute or coup glass.
  • Add the cranberry juice on top.
  • Squeeze lime juice.
  • Garnish with a few frozen cranberries/blueberries and small sprig of mint.

Frosé Cocktail

Frosé Cocktail

ingredients
  • Makes 5 servings
  • 1 bottle Kim Crawford Rosé
  • Lemon twist to garnish
Directions
  • Two days before serving, pour wine into a 9” x 13” pan or several ice cube trays and freeze, stirring occasionally if in a pan.
  • When frozen solid, using a hand blender or food processor, blend frozen wine until smooth.
  • Serve directly or freeze again for up to 1 week, covered.
  • Garnish with lemon twist.
  • Tips
  • Freeze 2 or 3 bottles at a time for your next hot summer party
  • Try with any other Kim Crawford wines
  • Don’t have a pan? Freeze the wine in a large thick resealable bag.

Chocolate Dipped Spoons

Chocolate Dipped Spoons

Ingredients
  • ½ lb chopped milk chocolate (about 1 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped candied ginger
  • 1 Tbsp slivered pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp white chocolate, melted
Directions
  • In a heatproof bowl, microwave milk chocolate on medium for 2 minutes or until melted.
  • Dip and fill each spoon with melted chocolate.
  • Place on a foil- or parchment-lined baking sheet, resting handles on the edge.
  • Sprinkle 9 of the spoons with the dry toppings.
  • Place in fridge till firm, about 1 hour.
  • Drizzle last 3 spoons with melted white chocolate.
  • Return to fridge to set for 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

What you’ll need
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 sprigs lavender
Directions
  • Place lavender sprigs into long cylindrical ice cube mold.
  • Mix sugar and water, then pour over lavender to fill ice cube mold.
  • Freeze until completely frozen.

Floral Pops

ingredients
  • 1 bottle Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3 Tbsp simple syrup
  • 25-30 edible flowers
Directions
  • In a pitcher, mix Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, simple syrup, and edible flowers.
  • Fill popsicle molds with mixture.
  • Freeze minimum 6 hours, or overnight.

Belles of the Balloon

Belles of the Balloon

What you’ll need
  • Clear round balloons
  • Helium tank
  • Metallic gold glitter
  • Ribbon (we love gold or fuchsia)
  • Gold fabric tassels (2 per balloon)
  • Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc Bottles
Directions
  • Fill each balloon with a few pinches of glitter (to your taste).
  • Blow up each balloon with helium and tie a knot in the end.
  • Tie one end of a ribbon length to the neck of a wine bottle and measure the height you want the balloon to float, then tie the other end to the knot of the balloon.
  • Finish each balloon by covering each knot with 2 tassels for a clean look.
  • Repeat with as many balloons as desired and get ready for the compliments to roll in.
