INGREDIENTS:

• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
• Vanilla flowers for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

• Place egg white, vanilla sugar and extract,along with the wine in a martini shaker with ice.
• Shake vigorously.
• Strain into glass of choice.
• Garnish with flower.
