PROSECCO
Spicy Pineapple Mimosa
INGREDIENTS:
Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup Kim Crawford Prosecco
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ⅓ cup simple syrup
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 inch-long pieces of fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 jalapeño slices
DIRECTIONS:
Muddle ginger and jalapeño in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and all remaining ingredients except the Prosecco. Shake until chilled, strain into two flute glasses, and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a lime wheel.
