Ingredients:

• 4oz Kim Crawford Prosecco
• 1oz Kiwi Purée (or muddle 1 fresh kiwi)
• ½oz Lime Juice
• ½oz Agave Syrup
• Kiwi Slice for Garnish

Directions:

Add kiwi, lime, and agave to a shaker with ice and shake lightly. Strain into a flute or wine glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
