Peachy Kim Fizz
Ingredients:
- 4oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
- 1oz Peach Purée or Nectar
- ½oz Lemon Juice
- Top with Sparkling Water or Prosecco Splash (optional)
- Garnish with Thyme Sprig or Edible Flower
Instructions:
Shake wine, peach purée, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass. Top with a little sparkling water or Prosecco for a fizz. Garnish.
