SAUVIGNON BLANC
Marlborough Martini
Ingredients:
- 1oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 ½oz gin
- 1oz Elderflower Liqueur
- ½oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Garnish with Lemon Twist
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then add the gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until the exterior of the shaker is very frosty, about one minute. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass. Top with the Sauvignon Blanc. Garnish with a lemon peel or twist, expressing the oils over the drink if desired.
