Life's a Beach Tropical Slushy

INGREDIENTS:

Makes 4 cocktails

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc
  • ¼ cup (2 ounces) pineapple juice
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 2 ounces or ¼ cup)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Garnish: rosemary sprigs and thinly sliced blood oranges

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste, and add sugar if you want a sweeter drink. Pour into four glasses and serve with a lime wedge.
