INGREDIENTS:

• 3 oz Your favorite bitter aperitif
• 3 oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
• 1 oz Pomegranate juice
• 2 oz Sparkling water (or bubbles)
• 1 Dried orange wedge for garnish
• 1 Sprig of rosemary for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

• Mix the aperitif, Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, and pomegranate juice in a glass with ice, topping it off with sparkling water
• Add in the dried orange wedge and a large ice cube
• Finally, decorate with the rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds, floating over the ice cube
