INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz Your favorite bitter aperitif
- 3 oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz Pomegranate juice
- 2 oz Sparkling water (or bubbles)
- 1 Dried orange wedge for garnish
- 1 Sprig of rosemary for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the aperitif, Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, and pomegranate juice in a glass with ice, topping it off with sparkling water
- Add in the dried orange wedge and a large ice cube
- Finally, decorate with the rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds, floating over the ice cube
