INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz Kim Crawford Illuminate Sparkling wine
- 1.5 oz Pear juice (or pear nectar)
- 0.5 oz Ginger syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- 1 pear slice (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pear juice, ginger syrup and lemon juice. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a flute or coupe glass.
- Top with Kim Crawford Illuminate Sparkling.
- Garnish with a thin pear slice and a cinnamon stick for an aromatic touch.
