INGREDIENTS:Makes 4 cocktails
2 cups frozen mango
2 cups (16 ounces) Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc
¼ cup (2 ounces) pineapple juice
Juice of 2 limes (about 2 ounces or ¼ cup)
1 lime, cut into wedges
Garnish: rosemary sprigs and thinly sliced blood oranges
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste, and add sugar if you want a sweeter drink. Pour into four glasses and serve with a lime wedge.
