INGREDIENTS:Makes 4 to 6 cocktails
1 bottle Kim Crawford Rosé
3 cups frozen peaches
¼ cup elderflower liqueur (St Germaine)
Juice of 2 lemons
Optional: white sugar
In a blender, blend 1 bottle of Kim Crawford Rosé with the peaches and lemon juice until smooth.Taste and add sugar as needed. Transfer blender carafe to the freezer and freeze until frosé is thickened to a milkshake consistency, about 30 minutes. Blend again, then pour into wine glasses!
Note: the elderflower liqueur is optional, but adds a wonderful floral note to the frosé.
