Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Kim Crawford Illuminate Alcohol-Removed Sauvignon Blanc
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Ice cubes
- Club soda
- Orange wedge
- Mint sprig
Directions:
- Add wine, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a tall glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with club soda and stir.
